THE TWO COMPANIES, LEADERS IN THE LIGHTING SECTOR, WILL CREATE A €60M WORTH HUB

Nemo Lighting completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Reggiani Illuminazione, historic company in the lighting architectural field founded in Brianza in 1957.
The acquisition contributes to Nemo’s vision of creating an Italian-led industrial lighting hub, which began in 2020 with the investiment in Ilti Luce.
