FONTANA ARTE AND DRIADE BECOME PART OF NEMO GROUP
Nemo Group continues its expansion: following the acquisition of ILTI Luce in 2020 and the entrance of Reggiani in 2023, the Italian-rooted group announces the acquisition of FontanaArte and Driade, icons of Italian design.
On Wednesday, November 27, in the evocative location of Teatro Gerolamo in Milan, journalists, architects and design professionals gathered to share reflections on Nemo Group and its New Perspectives on Design. The event offered a moment of reflection and discussion on the visions and values that guide the group into the future, through stories, inspirations and shared histories.
The five companies in the group will continue to operate as separate entities but within a broader framework of cooperation that will contribute to the growth of Italian companies that have made the history of design and lighting worldwide. Together they will strengthen the global competitive positioning to respond to increasingly varied and sophisticated market needs, with a commercial presence structured in Italy, France, Denmark, the United Kingdom, the United States, China, and the Middle East, in addition to a distribution network covering more than 80 countries.
