Designed by Fabio Santambrogio, Nebula is ILTI Luce’s new outdoor recessed spotlight; a compact luminaire inspired by the evocative forms and intricate details of celestial formations.

Drawing from discoveries revealed by the Hubble Space Telescope, Nebula originates from the intersection of two concentric circles, giving rise to a new expression of light that draws its energy from the dialogue between shadow and illumination.

The light source is concealed behind the central eyelid-like element, the design generative core, where light interacts with a stepped radial milling of the metal surface. More than a decorative detail, this texture evokes the propagation of a wave.
Nebula guides the gaze and shapes an intimate, welcoming, and evocative atmosphere, becoming the direct expression of luminous flux vibrating through matter.

Nebula is defined by its compact geometry, featuring a diameter of just 44 mm. The product range will soon be extended with a new applique with an increased diameter of 150 mm. Available from Q4 2026.

The duality between light and shadow is also reflected in the selected finishes, whose surfaces subtly capture, reflect, and diffuse light with refined discretion.

Nebula Bollard

The Nebula collection broadens its outdoor application with the introduction of a bollard version. Available from Q4 2026.
